Nanny sharing has many advantages besides the obvious economic one. Children are cared for in an environment that is socially stimulating.
Parents' homes reduce the risk of communicable disease. Parents travel less often to pick up or deliver their children. And nannies stay

There are two types of nanny sharing. A nanny can work for two families at the same time or two families on alternate days (to meet an
employer's part time requirements)
A shared nanny should be paid approximately 25% more when she is working for two families simultaneously. Employers should be sure they
agree on a reasonable work schedule, vacation dates and monetary division of statutory holidays. This way the nanny is able to receive the
same benefits as a full time employee working for one family.

living in your area who are also interested in nanny sharing will come up on a separate list.
