	Fees and Replacement Guarantee

Our company is run by certified Human Resources Professionals. We work with a limited number of clients to provide a comprehensive recruitment and placement service. We are NOT a resume service and we do not charge our nannies a fee or deduct a percentage of their salary.

	Website Initial Registration Free Membership (to access contact information) $65
	Temporary Placement Service (Fees owed upon placement) Under three months $300+GST Three to six months $600+GST
	Personalized Placement Service Fees owed upon placement $1,200+GST
	Overseas Paperwork Processing Service Fees $500+GST
	Overseas Paperwork Processing Service Fees (when using the personalized placement service) $300+GST

*	All fees are nonrefundable and are due on the first day of your caregiver's employment.
*	Opti-mum Childcare and Nannies provides a three month no charge replacement guarantee and a prorated guarantee from 3 to 12 months of placement.
